To register, create a MediConf account with your professional details and valid professional number here - https://www.mediconf.co.uk/register Choose the appropriate course and complete the booking online – no phone bookings accepted. Attend the full webinar or face-to-face session; partial attendance does not qualify for CPD certification. After attending, log into your Members Area to download your attendance certificate which will be available for either 6 or 12 months after the course date. You can then upload this to your appraisal/CPD provider (e.g. RCGP) as evidence of CPD activity. Courses must be completed in full for points to be valid. MediConf courses are self accredited unless otherwise stated.

Zoom links are sent to the email you used when booking, 1 week, 24 hours and again 1 hour before the session. First check junk or spam folders. If still not received, contact support at webinar@mediconf.co.uk with your name, email used for booking, and webinar title. Provide this information early; waiting until the live session start can delay resolution.

MediConf webinars are delivered live on Zoom. Due to copyright held by presenters, recordings are not made available for replay. However, you may access downloadable materials (slides, handouts) in your Members Area after attendance. If you miss a live event, you can re-attend future sessions or consult provided downloads. You can request purchase copies of slides or handouts from missed presentations simply email webinar@mediconf.co.uk

On the login page, click “Forgotten password” and enter your email to receive a reset link. If this fails (eg, multiple accounts exist), MediConf support can reconcile accounts – contact them via the contact form on the website or email webinar@mediconf.co.uk To prevent certificate visibility issues, ensure you’re logged into the same account you used to attend courses.

MediConf courses are only available to registered healthcare professionals practising within the UK. This includes but is not limited to General Practictioner, Nurse and Pharmacist roles. You must provide a valid professional registration number and primary workplace address at registration. Certificates and materials are available to attendees only. After attending a course, certificates and materials (slides, handouts) are stored in your Members Area. Please login here https://www.mediconf.co.uk/login Certificates are available for 12 months. Materials such as slide copies or handouts are available up to 6 or 12 months post course date. Whether it is 6 or 12 months will be specified on the course related correspondence. For paid courses, slide copies or handouts will be available irrespective of attendance. You can request to purchase copies of materials for a small admin fee £15.
